You and me - my and your history - renewed

Project of the Foundation of St. Jadwiga "You and me - my and your history - renewed" received funding under the Multiannual Program for the Elderly "Active +" for the years 2021–2025, edition 2022. The project is addressed to Seniors from the Świdnica and Wałbrzych poviats. The aim of the project is to increase the participation of older people in active forms of spending free time, improve the quality and standard of living of 60 Seniors to age in dignity thanks to a tailored educational offer, emotional strengthening and development of activity, as well as active intra-generational integration and the use and management of the potential of older people.
